HEALTHY WEIGHT

I believe that many food and weight issues arise when people are living according to someone else's imposed standards. The conflict between who we are and who we think we should be can be too painful. In order to cope with this pain, we often turn to food, exercise, or the endless stream of judgmental thoughts for comfort. The concentration on weight can be a symptom of living inauthentically.
Although strict diets and food journals may have worked for you in the past, I choose to focus on expressing repressed emotions rather than increasing the attempt to have your weight "under control."
By examining what lies underneath the thoughts and unwanted behaviors, I aim to help you uncover your most authentic self that lives in alignment with your own unique internal wisdom.
What if giving a voice to what needs to be said and redirecting your energy into the things you love can allow you to have the body you want?
